Fiber is familiar with our diet but do you know what and how fiber works? I think you have got the knowledge first but I like to remind you that fiber is important. I am not teaching you but let's be healthy!
WHAT IS FIBER?
Fiber is a kind of carbohydrate. However, the carboydrate does not break during digestion so that it has no calories.
HOW FIBER WORKS?
Fiber passes into intestines and absorb water. The muscle in the intestines will push fiber out because fiber create "bulk". It contains waste.

Consuming high fiber to your menu will have a lot of benefit. Fiber will prevent constipation and reduce risk of colon cancer.
