Easy, only 2 ingredients
Method of preparation
Place the grated coconut in a container, slowly pouring the water and knead the coconut to remove all the broth.
Do this until the water turns white, remove all the coconut cake, using a clean cotton cloth, knead well to remove all the juice.
Pour the liquid into a little pot with a lid, leave in a dark place at room temperature for 48 hours.
Then pass into the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Remove everything from the pot and put it in a frying pan, in less than 10 minutes everything will have melted and turned the famous coconut oil.
Ready!! Now just put in a little pot and store at room temperature, or put in ice cups. Then just melt the bowl in the microwave or frying pan.
