Natural Tunnel

Natural Tunnel is a Virginia State Park. Its a perfect little get away
for a pinkicking,trail walking,camping,riding the sky lift ..or
even for swimming.

The walls of the tunnel now shows evidence of the before life and
follils have even been found inside the tunnel walls and around
outside.

The tunnel's raildroad sets along a creek called Stock Creek.
The same Stock Creek that the American explorer Daniel Boone
came up.

There is an old folk tale of a Cherokee indian who had fallen in love
with a female from the another tribe and he was foridden to marry her.
To take away this pain the rumor is that he jumped from the highest
point inside the natural tunnel. That point is now called Lovers
leap.
