While we were in Bontoc for a 2-day vacation, we went to the town proper and roam around looking for subjects to photograph. Unluckily, the museum does not allow cameras to be turned on so we did the shoot outside.
The birds of paradise are beautiful to look it, the flowers are trying to reach the ground.
There's also this similar species, same with the leaf of the bird of paradise but bears a different kind of flowers.
Lastly, this type of plant that bears a weird looking flower or fruit that resembles a sex toy or eggplant perhaps. Here's a yellow one and a red that is already decaying. Thanks again for stopping by. Until next time!

its really beautiful view of those flowers. I heard stories about the flower of paradise as it was a bird etc more specifically those are myths.

Nature sure does create some amazing things! These are extraordinary and colorful-- it's really cool to see what grows in other parts of the world. I don't think we even get the Birds of Paradise as greenhouse plants here. Appreciate the share!
