Where did you pull out that definition?
Climate:
the composite or generally prevailing weather conditions of a region, as temperature, air pressure, humidity, precipitation, sunshine, cloudiness, and winds, throughout the year, averaged over a series of years.
Climate change:
Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns when that change lasts for an extended period of time (i.e., decades to millions of years).
Basiclly climate change is just that...a change in the climate. It was there long before fossil fuels were used. Climate changes. Weather changes. :) Yes, we can be worried about it. Wont help one bit tho...weather will still change. :)
Yes, indeed. But if you read a little bit lower you would see this:
I don't think we're talking about the same thing here. What i'm talking about is anthropogenic climate A.K.A Global Warming, which is caused by human activity. So Climate Change has two definitions, the climate change you've mentioned and the anthropogenic climate which is caused by human activity such as burning fossil fuel. And yes worrying about won't help, but certainly acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it would help a lot.
I apologize if my post wasn't that clear, i'm still a noob when it comes to writing. But thanks for your comment, i appreciate it.
