It's the end of black raspberry season here in the Fingerlakes region of NY. A bittersweet time for sure.

So, in honor of the black raspberry, a rhyme:

It's always exciting to see them come, and always sad to see them go.
I wouldn't mind if it was always raspberry season, all the time you know.
I wouldn't trade them even to never see the snow.
Don't go away my friend, but there you go...there you go...
