Here is a photo from today. It is one of the hills where see wide angle Bosphorus. Rainy days came Istanbul and The sensed air temperature is around 5 degrees. It is too cold for Istanbul. Fishing boats were waiting in Bay. Clouds and winds are covered the city. It is too hard to be outside in Istanbul. I took this photo while I visited building site for my job.
