Hemmed-In Hollow contains the tallest waterfall between the Rocky and Appalachian Mountains. At 250 ft tall, it should be on your "must-see" list for hikes in the Ozarks.
After a good rain, the waterfall is stunning. Although, most of the time, the strength of the waterfall can be compared to your showerhead.
The hike in is full of great views and wildlife.
While you're hiking to the falls, you may see fellow hikers on their way back that look completely exhausted. Don't worry.. You will be soon.
There is a second waterfall that isn't as well known. If you end up going, I'll let you know how to get to it.
Are there any good hikes that I should know about? Let me know in the comments!
