ANTARCTICA : July 21, 1983 recorded the lowest temperature on Earth for the entire history of meteorological measurements: 89.2 degrees below zero. The area is considered to be the pole of the Earth's cold.
This is the coldest side of our planet.There can not live people, but there live such beautiful animals as polar bears, penguins. Who can not live in other places.132426712.jpg
