"Dry Nature" that's another weird topic I love. I believe there's beauty in flowers and plants starting to wither. Some flowers look amazing even when dry and I'm not talking about those flowers that are grown to be dried because that's their destination. I'm talking about regular flowers like roses
I took this photo in August 2016 and it's one of my favorite in this category. Those colors still look beautiful and i love how the petals are drying. There are several beds of roses in my favorite park and after the rose season there is the best place to take photographs of dry flowers. People are looking at me with strange eyes, plus the park is protected with video surveillance, so I guess I'm on tape kneeling in front of the roses while taking photos. But then again, who cares?
Vine leaves are my other favorite subject to photograph when it comes to dry nature. Looks at these leaves, aren't they amazing? Those kiwi green veins look wonderful with that dark red, claret color.
I thought it's time to create a tag and focus on dry nature. So if you have any dry nature photos (flowers, leaves) just use the #drynature tag so i can find your post and take a look at your photos. It would be great to see photos as everyone sees things differently.

I totally agree with you! Dry nature is alluring to me! There is beauty in the demise of things, I say.
I will agree that it is a different beauty, but, there is something about it that makes me want to photograph it, just like I would a flower in bloom.
