Who Knows What Kind of Mushroom This Is?

While taking a walk out on the land today, I came across this stand-alone fluffy, white beauty.

From the side it kinda reminded me of a roasted marshmallow that is about to brown and become sweetly gooey!

From the top it was more of the shape of a brain.

And a bit wonky from this side with it's off-balance growth.
