Austern-Seitling ■ Pearl oyster mushroom
Pleurotus ostreatus
Der Austern-Seitling ist ein begehrter Speisepilz. Ich kann ihn jedes Jahr im Naturschutzgebiet Rohrberg finden und fotografieren. In den Topf wandert dieser Pilz nicht, denn ich sammle keine Pilze im Naturschutzgebiet. Bei meiner nachfolgenden Aufnahme habe ich den Pilz von oben mit einer, Taschenlampe die das Lichtspektrum der Sonne nachbildet angeleuchtet. Das vorhandene Sonnenlicht in Verbindung mit Kunstlicht lässt sich so perfekt kombinieren ohne umschöne Farbverschiebungen zu erzeugen. Dank moderner LED-Technik ist dies möglich. Der Trick dahinter, besteht aus einer Doppelbelichtung, bei der ich zwei unterschiedlich belichtete Aufnahmen zu einem Bild verrechnet habe. Dieser durchleuchte Pilz ist zu 100% fotografiert und keine künstlerisches Werk erzeugt in Photoshop.
The oyster seitling is a sought-after edible mushroom. I can find and photograph it every year in the Rohrberg nature reserve. This mushroom does not migrate into the pot, because I do not collect mushrooms in the nature reserve. With my following photo I illuminated the mushroom from above with a flashlight which simulates the light spectrum of the sun. The existing sunlight in connection with artificial light can be combined so perfectly without creating beautiful color shifts. Thanks to modern LED technology, this is possible. The trick behind it, consists of a double exposure, in which I calculated two differently exposed shots to one image. This mushroom is 100% photographed and no artistic work is created in Photoshop.

Bei diesem Bild kann man sehr schön sehen wie sich das warme Tageslicht, mit dem Licht meiner Taschenlampe harmonisch vermischt. Ohne die Aufhellung durch Kunstlicht würde mein Bild eher düster und ein bisschen langweilig auf den Betrachter wirken. Kleine Hilfsmittel, große Wirkung.
In this picture you can see very beautifully how the warm daylight mixes harmoniously with the light of my flashlight. Without the brightening by artificial light my picture would look rather dark and a bit boring to the viewer. Small aids, big effect.

Im Prinzip sind solche Bilder relativ einfach zu realisieren. Es braucht einfach nur etwas Geduld und Experimentierfreude. Das fertige Ergebnis sieht man allerdings erst zu Hause am PC so richtig.

Cooles pic. Die Taschenlampe offensichtlich auf den Pilzhut gestellt.
Ob dem Pilz diese Lichtflut gefallen hat, wage ich allerdings zu bezweifeln, denn ansonsten würde er nicht im Schatten der Bäume sich verlustieren.... :o)

Seit einigen Jahren macht es mir großen Spaß, die Pilze zum Leuchten zu bringen. Das Macht eine Aufnahme viel interessanter und bietet eine ganz andere Sicht auf Pilze, die man normal so nicht wahrnimmt.

Yum too bad you couldn't harvest any. Harvesting doesn't harm the mycelium in any way and it spreads the spores more.

In Germany it is forbidden to take plants or animals from a nature reserve. Since there are enough other areas, in which I can find mushrooms, I did not have to harvest these. This year there are extremely many mushrooms in our region.

Ich finde den Pilze regelmäßig am Rohrberg. Mitgenommen habe ich ihn noch nie. Als Foto Motiv ist er mir natürlich sehr willkommen. Genauso wie bei den Buchenschleimrüblingen, kann man hier wunderbar mit dem Licht experimentieren.

Der Rohrberg, war das der bei TBB - ich vergesse das immer...
Ich fahre immer mit dem Rad in den Wald und sammele dann. Daher werden es bei mir immer ziemlich nah gelegene Ziele, die ich für die Pilze ansteuere. Momentan hole ich für jeden Tag eine Pilzpfanne für die ganze Familie nur bestehend auch Steinpilzen und ein paar Maronen aus dem Wald. So ein geiles Pilzjahr habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Eigentlich kann man die meisten Pilze essen. Nur muss man nicht alles Essen was essbar ist. Der Austernseitling gilt allerdings ein vorzüglicher Speisepilz.
