They are fromm old wood so dont eat that newer its dangerous only from the ground and there is just couple of breads that you can eat and allways check that i know only for and and that i can recomend you can fry them with eggs and make salat with them with jogurt ..my personal expiriance and they are wery jumy :) now im hungry lol..
