Hello steemians and Happy Sunday from Lagos Nigeria. The temperatures have been sky high lately with most people leaving their doors open at night to sleep because of the heat.
This is a common experience in most parts of the Country here in Nigeria. People are burning fuel to power the fans and maybe air conditioners.
Constructing net doors to help reduce the heat and prevent mosquitos from entering the houses was another way to overcome the night heats.
Thankfully, the rains visited this morning. It was really showers of blessings. The weather is pretty cool and comfortable this morning, right now just light rains.

You can feel the peace that comes with the rains. It is so amazing how nature regulates itself to keep us going.
I am so thankful for the morning showers. It is always a blessing.
