In this modern age we are spending more time indoors and online. But recent studies suggest that nature can help our brains and bodies to stay more healthy. Scientists are beginning to find evidence that being in nature has a deep impact on our minds and our daily life and our behavior, helping us to reduce anxiety and stress, and to increase our attention capacity, creativity, and our ability to connect with other people.

Nature improves our brains, lives and brings added legitimacy to the call for preserving natural spaces both urban and wild and for spending more time in nature in order to lead healthier, happier, and more creative lives.

It’s clear that hiking and any physical activities and exercise can reduce stress and anxiety. But, there’s something about being in nature that may increase those impacts.

Nature plays a vital role to decrease the depressions, tensions and anxities. It makes you feel delighted and lead a peaceful tension free life.

Today, we live with pervasive technology designed to constantly pull for our attention. But many scientists believe our brains were not made for this kind of information  blitz, bombing, a continuous flow of criticisms, and that it can lead to mental anxiety and tiredness then it overwhelms, and burnout our requiring attention restoration to get back to a normal, healthy state.

Strayer is one of those researchers. He believes that being in nature restores consumed attention circuits, which can then help us be more open to creativity and problem-solving.

Well particularly I think it's because nature makes us feel more alive, seeing everything in calm without the daily hustle of life relaxes a lot, see the slow way in which everything happens and how they make harmony with the sounds, produces a good feeling in the body. It gives us an escape.

There are many reasons why nature makes you happier and also lessens the stress of the mind. The most basic reason is that humans essentially like things that are closely related to the source of their own survival. For example, humans love to swim in the sea or fish in the river, where water and fish are the source of life for drinking and eating. That is why also the sound of water gurgling much preferred, because it is water is one element of life. It never hurts for you to take time and go explore nature. Because your own self needs or recharge energy through nature, which is the source and the element of life that is closest to you.

Human beings were designed for the natural world, we in fact destroy ourselves without our so called technology and urban lifestyle. When we leave all of that and come out to nature, we experiences ourselves in the truest form.

I love to be outside in the nature - it's beautiful, relaxing and it's also the best place to walk around and think about your life and the choices you've made! I really enjoy hiking, because you get some exercise while you're surrounded by green scenery and at the top you've got the most stunning view! :)

We should probably appreciate our nature more than most of us do, because it's there now and who knows how much of the "real" world is going to be left in a couple of years from now?

Great article and great pictures! Nature has been so fundamental in my overall wellness. Whenever I have a tough decision to make or I am feeling stressed, I go to the ocean or go for a walk outside. It is amazing how much clarity you get just from being outdoors.
