The taste of Ripe rembusa fruit has a sweet and slightly tangy flavor with tropical undertones. the flesh is juicy and succulent, with a texture similar to that of a ripe mango. The taste is often described as a combination of flavors, including hints of citrus, pineapple, and peach. Some varieties may have a more pronounced sweetness, while others may have a slightly tart or acidic taste.
I call this rembusa as "Wild Passion fruit" because how the leafs look and the flower of rembusa.
Ripe rembusa fruit typically has a vibrant, deep color. Depending on the variety, this could range from greenish-yellow to reddish-orange. Avoid fruits with dull or pale colors, as they may not be fully ripe.
