I am living in two worlds simultaneously, human and spirit. And learning to balance the two.
Some new Grounding techniques I’ve learned;
- Drawing attention and focus into your hands and then your feet and then all 4 at once
- Walking outside barefoot (helps with insomnia)
- Envisioning myself outside my situation looking in
- Clapping your hands and again noticing the feeling and sensation focusing into your hands
- Stomping your feet and noticing the sensation and vibration in your feet
- Cloud gazing
- Thanking universe, light, source, God frequently as your walking
- Drinking fruits and vegetables of the earth (juicing)
Grateful for the present. Only in the present does their lie true awareness ❤️
