“The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity... and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself.”
― William Blake

I like this lagoon not because of its undeniable beauty that it possess but because there is something in this place that to some extent one can sense that this lagoon is full of mystery. By the looks of it, it has an element of enchantment and fantasy. It seems to be not in this world. A place that can only be seen in fairy tales. It is so good to be true.

Well, if those statements are not good enough to intrigue you, by all means, you can visit this place and see for yourself. The serenity and tranquility of the place is unique and one of its kind. This is a very exotic place and very much undisturbed yet. The calmness of the place, the crystal clear water and green scenery that surrounds it is too much for one to handle of its very own unique beauty.

This is my wife dressing like a white lady in the lagoon with the impressive green surroundings as a backdrop. We spent two days here for our honeymoon. It feels so good to savor this moment and to cherish every minute of it because both of us know that this will only comes once in our life. The place is so romantic that is just too perfect for both of us.

Just to give you an idea of where this place is.

The Island of Sumilon is located at the southeastern tip of the Municipality of Oslob in the province of Cebu. The island has an area of 24 hectares and has clear waters with varying aquamarine hues and white sand beaches in different areas of the island.

The island is being managed by BlueWater Sumilon Island Resort but it is still under the supervision of the Municipality of Oslob. Aside from the Island the other attraction Oslob is famous of is whale watching.

Well, that is all for now. Till then.

Thanks for dropping by.

God bless.
