Life Is Beautiful Get Out and Live It

One of my most favorite places inside the Santa Fe National Forest. This is the Guadalupe River that runs down from Fenton Lake, which sits at 7900 feet in elevation. The water flowing down can be very cold even in summer. I camp down river frequently and come here to swim and fish during the summer.

This is just off of Forest Road 376 past the Gilman tunnels around mile marker 11.
