This years first trip on the sea.

Preparing for fishing.

Now in the end of the winter it is time to start fishing again. Today I did some maintenance work on the engine and the mooring. There was also time for a little trip out on the fjord to try fishing. No fishing luck this time.

Number 23, a landmark for salmon fishing.
in the past, salmon were caught legal with fish nets. You had to be registered as a fisherman and the fishing spot must be marked. I'm not sure if it is possible to fish salmon this way now.

                    Beautiful shots! It still looks pretty cold to be out on the water though. I hope you catch some fish next time you go out. Salmon is my favorite!
