Maybe you reading this post while sitting in a room full modern technology around you. Maybe the television is on, maybe the home theatre is on, maybe a car honking just before your house.
No mental peace right?
Science says everyone should spend time in nature for atleast 1-2 hours. Spending time with nature have great positive effects on your mental and physical well being.
Studies says that connecting with nature provides opportunities for recreation & leisure, spiritual fulfillment, personal development, social relations and etc.
Spending just 2hours a day in nature can improve your ability of learning as well as recalling something for a long time. One more thing you can do is go to a peacefull place( between 8am - 10am) near your home, it could be a park, open area or your personal garden. Sit in the sunlight feel the warm sunlight falling on your skin and for more better experience do some meditation. Doing meditation in the morning in nature can give many benefits like you will feel more calm, you can be consistent for a long period of time, help you think and understand better than usual but it could take upto 3-4 week so dont give up soon.
