Good Initiative: - For healthy environment Indian Railways has taken good step. Indian Railway going to install Plastic Bottle Crusher Machine in Around 2000 railway stations in India. If you are usually travels from Train, then you will appreciate this new service which is going to start by Indian Railway. Now passengers get relief from throwing bottles on surroundings of railways tracks and railway stations. Passengers must put these plastic water bottles into crusher machine, Railway has taken this step after Maharashtra Govt has Ban the plastic in state. These Crusher machines will cut the plastic bottles into small parts, now plastics are disposing in manual method. Railway will put these machines in 16 zones and 70 divisions of Indian Railway.

Railway will give this accumulated plastic to Manufactures for reuse. This Good Initiative will reduce the pollution on railway surroundings. Railway will install these machines at exit point of Stations and on the platform. Very soon we all are can see these crusher machines on our near by Railway stations.

Earlier this Crusher machines was available on Vadodara station and for motivating purpose here passengers had get the Rs 5 as a cashback if they had use this machine for disposing plastic bottles.

What Initiative we should take to stop Plastic Pollution?

Bring your own shopping bag.

Stop buying bottled water.

Choose cardboard or cloth over plastic bottles and bags.

Say no to straws.

Skip the disposable razor.

Switch from disposable diapers to cloth.
