Guava, a fruits with good benifits for the health

The guava is a well-known plant especially because of its fruitful favorites of many Filipinos. Some parts of this plant use the leaves as treating their illnesses. It usually grows in different places in the Philippine archipelago.

The different parts of the guava plant may be able to handle many types of chemicals and nutrients that may be of benefit to health.The guava plant is stocked with chemical alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, polyphenols, reducing compounds, saponins and tannins.The leaves contain alkaloids, anthocyanins, carotenoids, essential oils, fatty acids, lectins, phenols, saponins, tannins, triterpenes, and vitamin C. It contains ß-sitosterol, maslinic acid, and flavonoids.Fruit also contains glycosides, saccharose, protein, and so on. It is rich in Vitamin C.The roots and bark of the trees are both high levels of tannins.

Some parts of the plant can be used as a medicine such as.

Leaves The leaves are often used medication for their illnesses. It can be mumps and drink with a tea-like illness. The leaves can also be cut to make it easier to extract the juice. You can just mock the cheap guava leaves and use the mushy leaves as medicine. It may also be necessary to remove the affected part from the affected parts of the body.

FruitsThe fruits of guava can be eaten only or cooked and fried in their dishes.

RootsThe root of guava is also given along with other parts of the plant to be used as medicine.Skin, flowers is also can be used as a medicine.
