Could you explain the ant's mutualism a bit more? New concept for me!

Hi nikigenji :) Yes ofcourse, its like 'symbiosis; the bug( a ant in this case) benefit from visiting the plant and the plant benefits from the ant coming for a visit ;) ants can be effective pollinators especially for plant species with a low, dense flowering stature, Do that help you???

hm let me put it this wayr> every mutual relationships are symbiotic , but not all symbiotic relationships are mutual relationships.

aww see, they do not do that with ALL flowers.... They can actually be harmful for some... so see them as hmm picky? ;) ha ha

That's cool! I'll need to do more research on that in the future. Interested in (natural) gardening in general.
