- Nocturnal
Noctiluca scintillans, or nocturnal, refers to the form of the so-called dinoflagellates. Sometimes they are also called dinoflagellate algae - due to their ability to photosynthesize.
But it is especially magnificent, of course, a blue "highlight" from the nocturnal, which can be observed at night in the waters of the seas, oceans and lakes. Both red color and blue glow are caused by an abundance in the water of these amazing tiny organisms.
- Mushroom mosquitoes
No less surprising are other bioluminescents - the genus of fungal mosquitoes from the family of fungal mosquitoes. Earlier this genus was called Bolitiphila, which means "lover of mushrooms".

- Giant Squid
This is the largest bioluminescent squid (Taningia danae) and, probably, the most beautiful species of these animals in general. A specimen with a length of 2.3 m and a weight of about 161 kg is known to science
