That's awesome! I've been finding lots of interesting mushrooms in North Carolina in the mountains (just moved here.) I've never identified a mushroom and eaten it though. My dream is to someday find fresh morel mushrooms in the wild...

Yes, @d-pend this is a growing food source with our realization of the effects of cattle raising. Here in Costa Rica there are workshops to learn the art of growing mushrooms for personal or commercial use. I think it is a booming industry. Thank you for your comment, and upvote. Great. They look beautiful. I shared this in the Steemit Mycology discord chat run by @dber. He goes by "The Amateur Mycologist" and posts some interesting articles on various mushrooms from time to time.
