I figured I'd best take the opportunity.
Soon these Redbud flowers will be gone and the seedpods will begin to grow. Our oldest boy Monster Truck the Pepper had recently captured (temporarily detained) this Eastern Fence Lizard (AKA Prairie Lizard) and I thought it'd make for some good combination photos, where I photograph an animal with a plant and combine the two. The raw reptilian provides a peculiar contrast from the pretty pink flowers. What do you think?
