Actually the fruit is not as it looks, this fruit tastes bitter and can not eat.

This fruit we call Wild Cucumber / Snake Cucumber (Boh Timon Uleue). Why is there a "snake" in the name of the fruit? The “snake” identical to the poison, so with this fruit if eaten and swallowed the possibility of poisoning.
