I went to your blog page and I do not think I saw an introduction post. I would recommend you do this as soon as you can. You can review other peoples introduction post to get ideas of their approach. Some will do an additional post after they have been on steemit for awhile. Be personable. People here like to get to know newcomers so there can be better interaction. It will help you pick up followers. Once you have completed an introduction post let me know and I will resteem it for you. Resteeming it can bring it to a wider audience.
Also knowing your first language helps (i use translation software and respond in the person's native language as well as English). The following is a good online translation app: https://www.spanishenglish.com/ Even though it says Spanish it covers a lot of languages.
Take a look at https://steemit.com/trending/introduceyourself for ideas on doing an introduction. It does not have to be elaborate. Some people go back and do another introduction when they are more familiar with steemit. It took we a few weeks before I did an introduction post.
It takes time to build steem power, which is required to earn money on this platform. Some people use minnowbooster to borrow some steempower. I only know it from the lending side, but I see a lot of people use it to temporarily have extra power, which affects your upvoting. I am not recommending minnowbooster, just offering information on how some people build their steem power.
I recently read an article that would be perfect for you to review for newcomers. Check out:

Hope this helps. Be sure and let me know when you do your introduction post. Also you will need to give some thought to what you would like to post. It should be something you enjoy and that would be appealing to others. Above all be yourself. Each of us are unique individuals and part of this platform is sharing who we are. Besides helping people the one thing I really enjoy here is getting to know people from all over the world. You have to have fun in this process and then the followers and earnings will come.
Make sure it is original work or the "steemit police" will harass you. I am not sure what they are called but some are down right rude. I had a couple get on me for something silly like not liking the way I used tags. I told the person what I thought and then muted him/her so I did not have to deal with them. I even saw a newcomer getting on someone's case for some silly thing. Part of my nature is not to let things like that slide, so I responded to the person, made sure he was muted (his reputation score was only 25 and he had not even posted anything in his blog). I also reassured the individual who was trying to figure this platform out that the majority of the people here can be very understanding and helpful. Some people have really good people skills, some okay people skills, and some no people skills.
I do not know what your native language is, but because so much on here is in English I find some worry there English is not good enough. Most of the time they communicate just fine...
let me know if I can be of further service.
