1)İnanmak: Her konuda olduğu gibi bu konuda da en önemli şey inanmak.

2)Güneşi ve doğayı selamlamak: Her sabah günümüzü aydınlatan güneşe ellerinizi kocaman açarak ve esneyerek selam verin.

3)Derin nefes almak: Aklınıza geldikçe derin nefes alın ve doğanın en önemli elementlerinden biri olan havanın içinizdeki hareketini dinleyin.

4)Toprakla temas etmek: Birçoğumuzun bildiği gibi toprak vücut enerjimizi dengeler. Fazla negatif enerjiyi emerek rahatlamamızı sağlar. Bunu yaparken doğanın size sunduğu bu güzel nimetin farkında olun ve negatif enerjinin tamamen vücudunuzdan arındığını hissedin.
