"A tour through the lost world: The Roraima"

Mount Roraima or Tepuy Roraima, is the highest of the Pakaraima chain of tepui plateaus in South America, located in Venezuela.
The tour of climbing up the roraima is full of different and amazing landscapes, alonside the Indigenous species found only there, it's a wonderful trip.
Due to it's undescribable beauty and unbeliaveble scenes, it was chosen to be the inspiration site to create the film "Up". Those heavenly images seen during the movie, on a location denominated as "Paradise falls" are truly images of the "Angel falls" ("Salto Angel").
Without further ado, here is my tour....

Looks like a long way to go....

There are no bridges, just rocks for you to get across this river...

Now we are at the foot of the mount, you can see the wall of rocks...

Which we'll be climbing to reach the top.

Once we reach the top, we face a different world

It reminds me of a jurassic world...

A palce forsaken by humanity, which has become it's main attraction... That has remain the same...

Be careful! You don't want to get lost.

There's a special place named "The triple point", that's where the three frontiers collide. There is a great milestone with three sides to demarcate. Each side represents the territory of Brazil, Guyana and Venezuela.
