📷 Highest animals in nature - reticulated giraffes

Since childhood I liked these beautiful noble animals of the mammalian order Artiodactyla family giraffidae. They are the highest of the land dwellers on our planet.

They have a very long neck, which sometimes reaches three meters, and a very beautiful strong legs. Interestingly, their front legs are even longer back. I always thought that they because of this it is difficult to move, however they run very well, can reach speeds up to 60 kilometers.

I liked their little horns, which are bony protrusions, and is fully covered with leather and wool. But their language was just amazed, it is completely black and very long, due to what the giraffes can reach the most succulent leaves from the tops of very tall trees.

Giraffes love acacia, and in the wild prefer areas with a large number of these trees. But the water they are drinking enough, since I live in dry areas away from sources of moisture.

Very surprised that giraffes sleep standing up. Currently stand with your eyes closed, do not stir, only slightly ears twitching this is because they are asleep. When I was in one handsome 20 minutes chewing, but it turns out they can do this monotonous process almost all day.
