Can wait to harvest this fruit. I will make jam with them. Freeze apricots through the summer to make nice cool smoothies for my kids. Out here it is very important to stay on top of the weather since one freeze could come and wipe out the blooming buds that are popping on over six variety of fruit trees on my farmstead.
