NATURE PHOTO CONTEST WEEK #6 - SIMPLE SUNDAY IS OPEN!

PARTICIPATION RULES

2. Share a favorite minimalist photograph of nature in one of the following ways:

Option 1. Create a comment in reply to this post, including:
- a minimalist photograph of nature
- a short description of the photograph.

Option 2: Create a post on your page, including:
- a minimalist photograph of nature
- a short description of the photograph
- The first tag must be #naturephotocontest
- The second tag must be #simplesunday.

The contest ends at 9:00 AM EST tomorrow, April 9.
The judge in this contest is @dmytrokorol.

PRIZES AND PAYMENTS

The SBD on the winners announcement (to be posted tomorrow) at payout will be divided between the winners as follows: First place: 30%, Second place: 20%, Third place: 10%, Seven honorable mentions: 5% each.
The SBD on this post will be divided equally between the judge and the hostess.

If you choose option 2 and include more photos and text, only the first photo and the first paragraph will be considered.
Photos that are not original will be disqualified and reported. If plagiarism is determined on a winning photo, the winner must refund the prize.
Editing is accepted, but please, no added elements to the photos, and no heavy retouching.
By submitting a photo, you agree to have it featured in the winners announcement post, and automatically entered in the monthly contests, should it be a winner.

Here's my entry - a lonely lamppost against the blue sky by the sea on Crete island of Greece:

Ah, I just realized the lamppost I posted yesterday is not so “natural”, if the sky doesn’t count as the main subject, here’s another photo of the sea and fish from the same place:

Wonderful picture! The sheet is amazingly sparkling!

On a walk I discovered this way. He seemed like a symbol of life ... because you never know where the path leads you.

The spider net under Sun light
This photo was taken when I traveled to the remote mountain in Northern Vietnam. After long time driving my motorbike, I stopped along the road. Then I walked around to relax my body. I looked at the sky, I saw this simple thing but it is beautiful. Under the sun light, the spider net look so sparkling. The parallel lines from the electric line are similar to the music frame, and the net is like the music note. Everything combined together to create the symphony of sky and the ground.

My entry:

This lonely plant grows spontaneously out of a hole in a rock. We saw this plant in the Botanical Garden in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

We had a rather strong winter. At some point we had these beautiful ice crystals that were formed on our window. Nature can be so amazing.

The simple idea is still a little tricky to me, I never know how exactly to fit into the minimalist point of view.
But here is my entry, this photo for some reason makes me reflect life sometimes.
