Who's ultimately in charge of keeping you healthy? Your doctor? The restaurants you eat at? The food companies you buy from? Your local Health Department?

Four years ago I lost my mom to brain cancer, and had been dealing with a knee injury for about 8 years from cycling. When mom was diagnosed with a tumor, I started to think about my own health after the surgeon told us that mom was going to die and my sister and I would probably die from it as well due to heredity. She went through the normal big three (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation) over the course of 4 months. The tumor never stopped growing, and the radiation and chemo turned her into a vegetable.

Six months after mom's passing I was noticing that my knee was getting worse. After cycling 3 miles with the kids at a very slow pace I had trouble walking normal from the pain. I had a checkup appointment with my MD for my health insurance, where I was told that surgery was the only option to repair the meniscus tear. My bloodwork was all good with everything within healthy range, despite being about 30 pounds overweight. She asked if I wanted a referral to a sports doctor to discuss the possibility of having arthroscopic surgery to correct the problem. I declined after hearing the statistics of the procedure and potential negative outcomes.

A week after that appointment I called on a customer that had been using holistic nutrition for a couple years. He had helped several people with injuries, and suggested I consider a nutrition protocol for my knee. I agreed to try the packet of powder and listen to the CD he gave me. Beyond the knee problem I had been sleeping 8-9 hours a night and still feeling like I hadn't slept in days. I nearly fell asleep driving 1.5 hours to meet with Ryan for lunch, then nearly fell asleep on the way to my office 1.5 hours away. When I arrived at the office I had fatigue, a headache, and a sore lower back.

When I got to the office I mixed up the powder packet in water. Within 30 minutes I was awake, alert and my headache and back ache were completely gone. That night I slept 7.5 hours, woke up at 6:00 AM and couldn't close my eyes. After working out for 30 minutes and eating breakfast I returned to my office for an open house. I spent 9 hours standing on the concrete showroom floor entertaining customers. On the 2.5 hour drive home I listened to the CD of Dead Doctors Don't Lie by Dr. Joel Wallach. This 60 minute CD confirmed every suspicion about the medical industry, and even made me think about a few more conflicts that I hadn't previously considered.

The following week I met with Ryan to discuss the nutrition protocol for joint problems. He gave me a recommendation and challenged me to use the nutrition protocol for 90 days before making a decision about the surgery. After trying to run, which I never had an issue with, and having problems after only 0.5 miles I decided I would give the natural route a chance. I ordered the package with anticipation wondering if I would actually notice a difference.

I received my box of products on April 1, 2014. I consulted with Ryan on the proper way to take the protocol. The following morning was the first day of an entirely new outlook on health and the medical system. I used the products which include 60+ minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, 2 essential fatty acids along with a glucosamine and gelatin product specifically for joints. After two weeks I decided to try cycling again. I started with 3 miles, then 5 miles, then 8 miles, then 12 miles all without knee pain. I pushed too hard on my 17 mile ride and caused me knee to get sore again. I took another 3 weeks off cycling to allow it to recover again. Once I was 8 weeks in and having no problems I decided to cut loose and see how good my knee really was.

That year in 3 months (June, July, August) I rode over 300 miles!!! 300 miles!!! More than 200 of them I was pulling my 2 year old behind me in a trailer. I couldn't contain my excitement about getting my knee recovered without medical system intervention.

I realized that if they are hiding the fact that joints can heal themselves, then there had to be other things they weren't telling us. This began the deep dive into holistic nutrition research, including disease and natural cancer recovery. My eyes were opened immediately when I learned about the real history of the allopathic treatment (modern medicine) and how the natural forms of study and treatment have been completely sidelined.

This is where my story begins.... Stay tuned as I open up the history book on the Modern Medical system and the control system behind it.
