We all know that China believes it can control the entire waters of the South China Sea while the U.S. believes that under International Law that it can sail in international waters with any type of ship whether that ship is commercial, civilian or Navy. Well tensions are continuing to rise between China and the U.S. especially around the Island nation of Taiwan.
