Do you see it?

No, not the absolutely horrid fringing or blindingly white spots. Don't you see it? The bee the fucking bee.

Still don't see it?

Because it is not there, as I took the shot its bee special forces training kicked in and poof it was gone. Maybe that is what is happening to bee populations in general. They are up to something and phase one is making us humans think they are disappearing.

Do you see now? Now, I could blame my shit lens and old ass camera and probably the stupid sunflower for being the same colour as the bees but I think this is all part of the tactic. What you are witnessing is bee camouflage training.

I think they know shit is about to hit the fan in South Africa, so I might want to follow suit with some training myself. Poof, whiteboy is gone.

This was on my approach of the still unbeknownst bee training grounds. I was actually hoping to find some butterflies because just a day before there was a butterfly invasion just after the rain and clouds cleared.

I think they might be on the frontlines, and these are merely the reserve ranks waiting to be called up. Fortunately, they chose the lonesome sunflower in my back yard because everyone else backyards just has stupid cut grass and tiny little pussboi flowers.

You make me smile - I think you are on to something here haha. Did you see all the white butterflies migrating? There were hundreds around our area, and some believe its good luck but my cat had a field day so I am afraid he messed up some of their migration plans - tried to stop him but it was unsuccessful.

Yeah, we had them also as the rain cleared the one afternoon it was pretty awesome. Too bad they don't stay for too long but some stuck around which is a good indicator for our air quality. Except for the one I saw an old lady walk past and it died mid-flight. Must be halitosis.

Hahaha shame poor thing - yes they rather also leave SA

Damn, I spent about a couple minutes looking for that bee, and then you say it's not there, ha ha! I like it - it's very humorous - the training maneuvers, invasion by the butterfly brigade... a really fun piece to read!

Thanx, it is always tricky when posting images because they are so boring on their own :) Haha, in my lens I could see the damn bees then on pc I was like wtf.

Beautiful shots of the sunflowers. As for the bees, we better be prepared of not having them around!

Thank you, and true we have to be prepared but I think humans think they are the bees knees of all species.

Bees be like: "So long, and thanks for all the fi... honey!"
That's how I bee it. I bee the see. I see the bee.

Haha now that song is stuck in my head... well that line, that bee a problem.

To bee, or not to bee.
