Flour- 1 cup
Yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar- 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped dry fruits - 4 teaspoons
Oil-for lubrication

Method
Mix yeast and sugar in two spoons of ground water and keep aside for 10 minutes. Drain the dried fruits, lubricated oils and all other ingredients except butter, with the help of water, until the mixture becomes soft. Cover the dowdy material with wet cotton cloth and leave it for 20 minutes. Push the mixture with light hands so that excess air gets out. Divide the mixture into six parts and sprinkle dried fruits on them and pressing with both hands give them the shape of the naan. Apply light oil to the pressure cooker. Remove the pressure cooker lid and warm it upside down. Put light water on the other side of the nan and paste it in the inner part of the pressure cooker. Reverse the pressure cooker on the flame and cook until it is cooked on both sides. You can make two nuns together. When the naan is cooked, put a light butter on it and serve hot.
