What does it take to be #1? I am... NUMBER ONE....

I enjoy the NBA. (The Utah Jazz are my favorite team and have been since the John Stockton days.)

I listen to sports talk radio on my way from work and today there was a 5 minute complaining session about Kevin Durant and how he doesn't deserve to be a champion because he went to a team that won a championship without him already.

My response to that:

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FREAKING MIND?!?!?"

Let's get serious about what it takes to be #1 - and I'll just ask a few questions and you can see if these questions are applicable to you and your circumstances on your way to the top...

#1 - How many hours a day does Kevin Durant spend practicing basketball and perfecting his craft?

#2 - What sacrifices has Kevin Durant made to get to the top of the NBA world?

#3 - When Kevin Durant goes to sleep at night, do you think he drinks "Haterade" ???

STOP HATING ON GREATNESS. People get to the top of their trade by doing one thing... HARD FREAKING WORK.

So stop moaning about how no one reads your posts. Stop whining about other people making more money on their posts even though in your mind "mine is better" - stop being a sissy frilla wuss!

Start perfecting your craft. You can do it. But no one will do it for you. #enjoythejourney Kevin Durant 1.jpg

What was it? 39 points in the last quarter. He finished that game for his team, he solidified the championship in the last two quarters.
