Just yesterday I posted an article regarding Carmelo Anthony and his saga of finding a team that would sign him. And my guess that he will signed with the Golden State Warriors was proved wrong today since it has been officially announced that the Portland Trailblazers have signed Carmelo Anthony. He might be the missing piece that team needs to achieve in qualify for the second round of playoffs or even higher. They really need a veteran out there and hopefully, Melo would not be ball hogging and he needs to realize now that he has slowed down and let Lillard and McCollum do their thing as leaders. As for Hassan Whiteside he is not enough and with Carmelo Anthony coming to Portland Trailblazers things might change there. I’m believing the achievements done by the Blazers with Lillard’s leadership and I only want a championship ring for this team and hopefully this move is positive for the team. Well, before I end this blog post, do you believe that Carmelo Anthony can still post some big points or will he decide to take more modest role of being a veteran that would help the bench and the younger players and inspire the team both in game and off the court?
