Dwight Howard has put up another great and monster contribution for Los Angeles Lakers 5th consecutive win. During the Los Angeles Lakers win against the San Antonio Spurs he scored 14 points, 13 rebounds, 2 blocks and a perfect 7/7 fieldgoal in 12 minutes of play and what a monster game for him. I think it's better he comes off the bench for energy and depth and be able to tire the opposing teams defenders with rotation of Javale McGee, Dwight Howard and Demarcus Cousins (when he gets healthy and be given clearance to play once again). He is somewhat similar to Montrezl Harrell of the Clippers. And to avoid injury or make him start he's serving good quality minutes as a Lakers. I love to see him roaring everytime he slams the ball especially coming from an offensive rebound or in other words, second chance points off the misses from LeBron James and Anthony Davis. As long as he has a good mentality and work ethic he will play well. He is taking a great role for the Los Angeles Lakers, compared to his previous time wherein he played with Kobe Bryant which is known to be a ball hog. I think he is a better fit than Demarcus Cousins because they don't need to post to score only Anthony Davis so we can have Dwight and JaVale play great defense and rebound but Cousins is worth the chips for the Lakers and like I side very useful during rotations especially when playoff time comes. Hopefully the Lakers can claim the championship this year and be able to have Howard and Cousins have their goal of winning an NBA Championship before retiring.
