Carmelo Anthony has recently comeback to basketball action days ago and has since played 3 games. Through his first three games for Portland Trail Blazers he averaged 13 point per game, 4.3 rebounds per game, 1.7 assist per game, 31.3 percent in three-pointers and 34.1 percent from the field. He just starting to heat up and hopefully he gets to help this Blazers back in winning ways wherein he is not the ball handler but a support for Damian Lillard and McCollum. As we all know he came from a long layoff, he needs more ball games to keep up with these new and rising stars from different teams and score big time despite of limited minutes since he too needs to be injury free since January is too far. Anyways, I feel happy that Melo is on court again and I hope he doesn’t fail the expectation of fans wherein most of them think that he will take a much modest role and will no longer do some long iso posts.
