Pau Gasol has been waived by the Portland Trail Blazers and is working with the team to become a coach. Gasol has a great career & will probably be good coach. I think he'd be a good coach, I've enjoyed watching his career. He will always be one of my all-time favorite Euro players and I think he is just second to Dirk Nowitzki when it comes to the impact being contributed to the NBA league. I would have liked to see him play out and injury free season and walk off proud. He is so smart and very good player in his prime. Pau Gasol has done proving himself to the basketball world when he won a championship in Los AAngeles Lakers and I hope he takes opportunity to coach the best players to become the best. I am sure a contender can use him, he can still provide you with good minutes. Because of his height he can assist a team with rebounds and I think Gasol will just opt to be a coach and he will impart his experience to his team and help them to have a mindset of a champion.
