Crazy NBA salaries!
These New contracts in NBA are just crazy.
A guy like Dion Waiter receives 52 million dollars for 4 year contract. OMG it is 13 million dollars a year.
I remember when to earn this kind of contract you had to be superstar.
Correct me if I am wrong but I think Michael Jordan who is all time best player in NBA had biggest contract of 33 million dollars.
So by math it means that Dion Waiter is half as good as Jordan was.
What are your thoughts on this let me know in comments below.
And up-vote if you also think that guys in today's NBA are massively overpaid.
I don't think they are massively overpaid. I think they are enjoying the fruits of the NBA's success over the years, and that they deserve it. Look...they are entertainers...just like Tom Cruise is, Leonardo DiCaprio, etc (and they make A LOT more money).
If I won the gene pool lottery as they did, and had a better jumpshot, I would love to be in their position and reap the benefits. Good for them!
