I've been listening to Epicenter.tv podcasts on the LTB network (Let's talk Bitcoin) for a while. Glad to hear this interview with @ned explaining the early days of Steem and the future.

A lot of questions from the Bitcoin community in general are here, some I have experienced myself at Bitcoin Meetups. Enjoy

I fit into one of those categories ;D

Your explanation why the launch was like it was could be clearer.

If I understood it correctly, the main reason it was done like that was because you wanted to make sure that you are not breaking any laws. You should emphasize that.

Something like "yeah, we know that the launch was done in a way that might look suspicious, but according to our lawyers it was the only way we could be sure that there won't be any regulatory problems later".
