Well, Justin Sun actually confessed that all he wanted was to make a good trade and earn some money and was never intending in getting involved into Steemit's further development. It was just a buy the rumor sell the news strategy and nothing more. One that for now failed...quite epic.
I also heard all the conversation. Frankly I'm OK with Justin acting as a 'businessman' and doing their things as long as he purchased their stake 'legally' and not something that should have been burned a long ago.

I believe JS when he says that he didn't knew anything about 'obligations' regarding stinc's stake.
But his reaction among with binance & huobi is... damn, calling it childish and irresponsible isn't enough.
It's ok if ned didn't want to go ahead with the company, but he could did things in a very different way to assure a smooth transition for everyone.
He fucked up and decided to go full YOLO with justin. the public harassmment from the community is the minimum punishment that he deserves for not being communicative and a full dick.
