It prides me in having three sons! It is such a special feeling knowing that my daughter will have three strong men watching over her and being protective over her when they're grown.
I had a goal that when each of my sons turned one, to make something special so that the whole world would know it was their Birthday. I came up with making each of them a Birthday tie with the number one on it. They each wore their ties all day long and it made them feel even more special with all of the attention they received.
I have always been the type that loves to match with my family. Since I've been married I have taken advantage of opportunities to wear matching colors and shirts with my husband. I just love it when we are synched. Then when we had children I started matching with my daughter and matched up my sons with their dad. Sometimes you'll even catch all six of us wearing the same colors.
These are pictures of our oldest son and his first Birthday. I had more time on my hands then (only having two kids at the time) and I wanted to include my husband in on the fun! This is one man that Loves his children and I am just tickled by their relationship with their father. He was so excited when I told him I was making a matching father tie for him to wear.

Wonderful! It's so good to know that we can do whatever you want using thread and needle, right? It was beautiful and it was very creative! I agree with you about videos with tutorials. Lovely to see a picture of your husband and son, and your daughter will be well looked after when she gets older, imagine when she brings her first boyfriend around for dinner and he has your husband and 3 brothers breathing down his neck. :)
