I finished the Monarch colored scarf last week while in Chicago.
Here it is with Harley for scale-
My coworker was perfectly willing to wander Joanne Fabrics with me to find a new yarn for the flight home. We found a pretty purple and white cotton By Sugar'n Cream.
I started a dishcloth made with it on the Metro ride into Chicago last Thursday evening. Then I spent several flights working on it as well.
This weekend I picked up a cross stitch pattern to be my next project as we need a way to show when the dishwasher is Clean or Dirty. It should be a fun one to work on over the next few trips.
I will post a photo of the pattern next week, I don't have one with me on my current trip.
Today I am flying from Missoula to Boston, then will be driving to s location in New Hampshire to teach a class there this week.
The Moon was gorgeous when I got to the airport this morning-
Flying out today the plane went over my little town just after sunrise. The red dot is pretty close to my house!

Lovely scarf, I love the colours and the texture (basket weave is a great stitch, I think). A clean/dirty sign for the dishwasher is a good idea. We need one of those, so I'll look forward to your project 😊

Love the yarn you used for the scarf, it gives that cosy and textured feel to it.

I need a Harley scale!!! Much more cuddly than my ruler 😍 Your scarf looks beautiful and I love the basket weave pattern with the thick/thin yarn. But the night photo is the best - wow. This looks like an abandoned space ship airport... perhaps after an alien invasion (ahhhh to much imagination) You captured the light amazingly 😍

The light was pretty perfect for an alien invasion! So bright was the Moon, that it kept the humans from noticing the UFOs hidden behind it until it was too late. :)
