My fiancé and I don’t have a dishwasher. So dish matts are really helpful for our dish drying needs! I Crotchet this colorful one for us! I used cotton yarn! And I used 3 skeins. I’m still a beginner but I love making little things that make our lives easier. I did a double Crotchet. To achieve that stitching look.

You are very much welcome. Good craftmanship deserves great appreciation. You have a wonderful rest of your day! Thanks.

WOW... amazing! Congrats on a beautiful work! Keep going, @kaylinart!
I used to knit a lot, and have made many pieces for myself. I still sew my own skirts, and can do everything by hand, just to challenge myself, LOL!

You are a pretty talented crocheter and perhaps you could also make those scrubbing gloves for bathing/showering @kaylinart using a synthetic fiber, I bet it will also sell good :D

Nice! I love making kitchen towels and hanging hand towels with that cotton yarn. It is so versatile! We have a drying rack next to our sink and I made a few smaller drying mats to go next to it for smaller items that would fall through the rack otherwise.

Wow thats amazing!! Wish to have your patience :D

Thank you it definitely takes patience

Love how the mat looks - great work and the yarn is beautiful. I like the blue/green/violet color, it looks fresh and clean, great for such a mat :)

Very cool. Any idea on what you want to learn to crotchet next?

Making a cotton dish mat is very resourceful. That’s a great idea especially if you have several skeins of different colored yarn.

Amazing! Great Job !))
