How to recognize, understand, and survive a negative person

There are people who seem to convey a kind of black cloud, made of stress and bad thoughts: Let's learn to manage them without touching

There are always smiling people, able to bring good humor and harmony, but there are also people who always seem to be accompanied by a kind of black cloud, stemming from stress, sorrow, and dissatisfaction. Avoiding them as much as possible can become a matter of survival because their negative attitude ends up affecting us and our mood.
The first step, of course, is to recognize and understand if it is just one of us who is experiencing a difficult period for which we at least offer some solidarity or if we are faced with a toxic person from whom we must stay away.
Black cloud - None of us is delighted when a bad day passes. Tolerance and the benefit of doubt must be our first approach to those who come to the crooked moon. However, if the negative aura in his head is not a transient thing, but returns permanently or very frequently, we are authorized to implement some protective measures.

It can be said with certainty that we are in the presence of a negative person if he complains or criticizes others continually and has a negative and cynical vision of life and the world around him. In order to identify subjects of this type, it may be useful to pay attention to the tone of the voice and the body language except the words: an unstable or cold tone, disconnected or always angry, is an indicator of risk.

Objectives - Negative people tend to complain constantly without proposing anything positive. They do not set a goal to be achieved and tend to criticize others and their actions without providing any input to improve what they say does not go. They express the so-called destructive critique, which should be clearly distinguished from constructive criticism: the latter may be precious because they offer a different viewpoint and disconnect from ours and show us a better way to solve a problem.

The difference between these two genres is something very simple: first-class criticism leaves us a bitter taste and makes us think that there is nothing good in what we have done without any possible breakthroughs. Rather, the latter push us to try again after reflection on our choices and, from time to time, also show us a way we did not think for ourselves. The first type criticisms should be avoided as much as possible because they can lead us to doubt and lose the enthusiasm and pleasure of taking an initiative.
